Our favourite dry season event is coming up. Please come and meet us at the 11th Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair on the 11-13th August at the Darwin Convention Centre. We will be exhibiting a selection of weavings, ochre works on canvas, archival paper and bark at this memorable event.

Maragret Rarru’s woven bustiers and stunning double breasted basket will be on show in the DAAF Fashion Parade at the Darwin Casino on the 9th August. Our artists are renown for weaving traditional materials into sculptural forms.

Entry: $50 for seated tickets, $35 for standing room only.
The 11th Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair showcases the work of over 50 Art Centres from across Australia. The art fair offers a rich exchange of art, culture, and ideas with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists from across Australia.

The Milingimbi Art and Culture Aboriginal Corporation is a community owned Art Centre that maintains an important position in the national art and cultural arena. Milingimbi Art and Culture has a long history of producing works steeped in active cultural practice such as barks, ceremonial poles, carvings and weavings. Works from Milingimbi are integral to important collections in many National and International institutions.
